Hi peeps, anyone using the crystal pro DI filter know what's the proper attachment to connect from the toilet piping to the inlet connector of the DI filter? The valve I got seemed to be the right size but the screw thread didn't fit well with the Crystal Pro inlet connector. Wondering if I could get a plumber to help.

Wow ok that sounds awesome. But so far what i've read is that you will need to seed it if you live rock never had any. I mean it sounds like you would have to spark it's existence if they never tagged along any other live items that you bought and put in the tank.

Hi peeps! in your experience, how long does it take for you guys to start seeing pods in the refugium? Let's say you setup a separate tank and seeded it and the live rock that was put in had no pods to begin with. The tank does not contain fish. So it's purely for pod cultivation. Thanks in advance.

Hi dear reefers (seniors and juniors) I would like to know if it's ok to feed the inverts algae that grows in the UAS? I'm planning to keep 1 or 2 Blue Tuxedo Urchins in the tank and I am aware that you can simply feed them Nori. But i'm just curious since they like algae, and UAS harvest them anyway. Instead of throwing it all away, can it be fed to the inverts? Thank you for reading and advising in advance!
