Scientists have discovered direct evidence of the diet of an important group of Ammonites, which are among the best known fossils. Using synchrotron X-rays, they imaged three fossilized mouths with micrometric resolution, digitally reconstructing the fossils' jaws and teeth in their complete form. In one specimen, they discovered fossilized plankton in the mouth. i see that you are planing to use filter sock in you sump.. Prehapes you might want to consider having a "shield" over the compartment in case your filter socks choke and overflow out of your sump. Previously i had a choked filter bag while i was oversea and ended up with water flowing out of my sump flooding my living room. Luckily my parent came in time to save my fishes...

They are colonial animals with multiple individual polyps attached to a piece of live rock.These polyps have the ability to sting other polyps or corals. While the sting is not strong, they are semi-aggressive and need to have space between their colony and any neighbors since they tend to crowd them out. They are easy to maintain, making them a good choice for beginner reef aquarists. They require a moderate light level combined with a medium water movement within the aquarium. For continued good health, they will also require the addition of iodine and other trace elements to the water. They will reproduce easily in the reef aquarium by budding (splitting off a portion of their base or mouth), which will increase the size of their colony. They contain the symbiotic algae zooxanthellae which provide almost all of their nutritional requirements. LCK still have 4 ~ 5 AT arrived about 5 days ago. One or two is already eating pallets when i tried but prices has gone up from last round. CF also have one left which is much healthier since it has been there for quite some time now .

The results of a new doctoral study show that this is not the case: pancreas disease transmits horizontally in the seawater phase and infection in fresh water has little bearing on how the disease spreads. Infectious pancreatic necrosis is a serious disease that leads to enormous losses in the salmon industry each year. The virus that causes the disease, IPN, is very prevalent in farmed salmon and trout in Norway. The virus attacks a wide diversity of hosts and has been found to occur in many different fish species, in addition to shellfish and molluscs.
