For a small tank of this size, a regular water change of small volume of water with a good Salt mix with Ro/Di water will help reduce your tank nutrient and replenish all the elements without any additional dosing. Maybe this will save some bucks on addictive too..

Your sump design look good !! One tips to share, try not to connect rubber hose using cable tie as i had bad experience with it before floating the whole living room.
i hang my light unit about 2 ft from water, hanging it higher will help prevent water splash getting into the light and will also help getting more light spread across the tank. I loss one old unit of Hydra month ago as i was hanging it too low and somehow water manage to get into the light due to my wave maker.
Welcome to the dark side bro.. Do be careful with your coral getting bleach due to strong lighting from your new light. Never underestimate the power of this beast, i would recommend you to play around with the light intensity slowly upward or use the coral acclimation function when you add new corals .
Maybe as you mention, your tank is too "Clean" for the LPS . They need certain level of nitrate in order to do well, maybe now is time to switch to the " Dark Side" ??
What did you run in your system to keep your nutrient so low ?
Ya your anemone is a little to big. If you just want to focus on keeping this, I suggest taking some rock out and move the anemone in

below could be the factor affecting the performance of your filter;
1) what is the tds of your tape water ?.if it is extremely high, the di resin will exhaust faster
2) try to reduce the flow rate into the filter until you achieve 0 tds reading.
