  1. Think refugium would commonly house chaeto, but if you want variety can try Henry @ML, he usually brings in various caulerpa, dictyota, ochtodes, etc
  2. thanks! Was looking for derasa as they are apparently the most hardy
  3. Yup, can make your own by heating baking soda in the oven. The resultant sodium carbonate will raise both KH & PH. Then use Randy's calculator to determine how much to add
  4. Guys, any derasa spotted in LFS?
  5. Hi, pls help ID, thanks. Sorry for poor pic quality, top is a shiny light blue, mid is blue/purplish, bottom is yellow.
  6. Heard they can take awhile to get used to eating mysis, could be wrong though, have no real experience with them
  7. Hmmm looking for blue maximas, have crocea already. Falong, SA is near Boundary road, think exact address is 40 yio chu kang road
  8. Assuming yours is a feather duster of some sort, they do this sometimes when they want to relocate.. Will leave their existing tube & find a new home, it might be stressed in it's current home you have a sandbed? Any fish in your tank that may snack on it?
  9. Well that's good, if anything sallys are supposed to be reef safe..
  10. Sad to hear that.... Always sad to lose livestock.. Parameters ok I suppose?
  11. Thanks man, will check it out this weekend, hope still got somemore
  12. I'm just gonna take a guess that they could be Sally lightfoot crabs?
  13. Hi Patrick, what type of clam do they have? Any maximas?
  14. Hi Idly, what is the blue coral in the foreground of your tank?

    Because I get thirsty sometimes
  17. Will move it to a high flow area & hope for the best.. Maybe the flesh will grow back?
  18. Wow your tank looks amazing, it's so neat with all the colonies, really like your layout & scape
  19. Yup it's stn..maybe it's really lack of flow as flesh is not peeling from the tips or the base, but at the center
  20. Hi guys, hope to get some suggestions as to what might be causing this, or if anyone has experienced this before. Noticed white patches on my pocci, not on the tips but inside of the frag.. It's not RTN as the pace is slow, the white spots grow day by day as the flesh peels off..
  21. nice! I may be wrong, but don't see it often at LFS.. Adds nice pimply texture to tank
