    Cookiecrunch my tank is placed away from the window so there,s no sunlight contact with the tank at all and I already tried siphoning couple of times but it will re occur again.

    DottyClown I did not aim my wave maker at the sandbed to prevent a sand storm as my wave is strong enough to create current to the sandbed though.Maybe i will get 2 diamond gobies to try.

    Hi DottyClown, My Tank is already cycled and it's 3 months old.I have a 2.5ft X 1.5ft X 1.5ft with side IOS filtration system with Skimz SH-1 skimmer.The residents are 1 BT,YT,Flame,Majestic & six line.I usually feed them with pallets in the day time & frozen mysis at night.Nitrate level is around 20 and 0 for ammonia.

    But do watch out for the evaporation,the more powerful the fan the faster the evaporation will take place.

    Hi if u want a powerful fan with fast cooling power u can try ANS 1000 for small tank and ANS 3000 for bigger tank.
