I doubt it's copper as my shrimps are ok. I heard if there is copper the ahrimps will die. Any advise what would cause the snails to drop and die? Thanks.

I dosed bacteria once to twice a week after finishing the cycle. And started the Giotech A B C and D plus calcium for the clams. Water change every 5 days.

Already cycled for 3 weeks and added corals and fishes for few weeks and everything was doing fine. When snail dropped, I checked my kh, mg and all appear ok.

The ordeal begins. All the sps dead follows by the seacakes n starfishes. I took all the LFS out immediately. But all the fishes are fine. Please advise what could happen. Thanks
