Hi bro consys, thanks for the advise. Sorry to reply late, as I just saw your reply. My problem has been resolved too! Thank goodness! Brother Leon taught me to switch my maxspect to blue lights at 60% only to reduce any more growth from the cyano bacterias(red slime). I noticed the growth becomes stagnant initially, and I guessed the rest was done great job by my algae scrubber. It took quite a while, to see the cyano bacterias reduced in a gradual manner. However this is a natural method, so I guess slow should be normal. Now, I dare not dose ABCM liao... Better to just keep to simple a weekly WC, to replenish standard minerals and trace elements. Will take a picture to post here once I confirm no more cyano regrowth!

Some updates on left items as below: 1. Rainbow R300 nano tank : $38 It comes with a 5 tier tray which I had bacteria king to give away within(as seen in picture). Currently, it is kept in my 4 feet sump to keep bacterias alive. The pump is working, but I think it's too small in flow, so I add another filter to create some water flow. Free for the person who get the tank. 2. Timer x 2 : $10 (small one FOC) 3. Pipe connectors x2: $15 4. Eheim bender x2: $5 5. JVP wave maker : FOC (it gives off loud noise, not sure what problem, but I guess you can still use it to dissolve your salt mix.) 6. Fan: $5 7. Normal Led lights x2 (as in picture): $8 8. Grotech A, B & C(approxi.75% left) : $25 for all 3 (pending collection tonight)

Hi guys, can anyone advise how to get rid of this algae? It's getting me knocked out soon... Every evening back home to clear this is simply a chore... My tank was doing fine and I do weekly WC but after I set up a good algae scrubber, I found everything more stablized and keep WC at once a fortnight. The system went perfect for months until I doze a new input: additives ABC, which I don't wanna name the brand. Does anyone had similar experiences and know how to keep this algae at bay? It's now covering my GSP and they can't extend liao... And I noticed green algae also bloom on my LR. Jialut is the word... Help please... Work stress and tank problem come together... Stress sia...

Bro, do you know how much is the flame angel at sealife?

Sealife have a couple of flame angels, yellow tangs , 1" blue ring angels and 2" PBTs.

Hi guys. My two weeks old flame angel is on and off having ick. I had treated it with methylene blue and it looks better, but then after I placed it into the display tank, the ick outbreak, and now it's covered with ich, almost fully. Anyone has relevant experience to clear ick on flame angel? Please kindly share with me. Thanks

Actually, I never do neither freshwater dips before for my corals... That is why now I faced problems myself. Even though all live rocks started off as dead rocks, now it seemed like there are creepy crawlers I saw at night... Must have been from the corals I bought... Alamak!! Bro Leon, if I do CoralRx dips now for the corals and the affected live rocks, do you think it can help?

Hi guys, anyone selling this coral or seen it at LFS? I can't seemed to find it nowadays. It's skeleton is more finger-shaped like, and not those dome-shaped goniopora. Can anyone advise me where it is selling, or if anyone letting go? Thanks guys.
