    Noted bro. I was worried it was rowaphos causing it. But i did first row of draining with distilled water until it is clear. Gonna try some carbon to see if it helps .

    I am having a 2ft with compact3000 too. Also adjusted to the lowest but there isn't much noise. My pipe is quite long down into filter sock and there's wool after that. Maybe the wool helps?

    Oh alright. Thanks for the info. Actually i put quite little sand but the internal sides of the tank have like addition glass which made it look quite thick? like bracing thingy?
