Just a side question.
Does your yellow tang love chasing its own reflection up and down at the side of your tank?
Mine loves doing so. Strange behavior
Mine was a pair and were readily eating after 2 days. It would venture far out and compete with aggressive eaters like yellow tang and flasher wrasse.
Pity tank crashed from high nitrite and nitrate.
Found it knocking over my corals and ate some coral heads away therefore this little guy must go.
Good thing about him is
He keeps sand bed clean and has been alive no matter how bad the water condition was.
Collection in Yishun. Pls PM.
I just noticed that my 15g currently coral-only tank with a blue hermit have quite a fair bit of floating white things in the tank.
Most are tiny but some are slightly bigger and crawling on the tank walls. Do refer to the attached pic. I managed to zoom in.
a bit of my tank info:
2mths old
tank crashed and only survivors are the bubble coral and the blue hermit.
Therefore converted to coral-only tank
Short answer is yes. But I think good practice is to wipe the cabinet dry everytime it is wet.
I just notice that these pest comes when the wood is wet constantly.
Haha glad to help. For me the pest did come back again probably because I didn't coat the affected area enough.
So I increased dosage the 2nd round n they were gone for good.
So all in all, its cheaper than calling in the pest busters [emoji28]
