  1. Fish channel bandit, black tang and flame wrasse pairs all reserved. Very beautiful goldflake angels still available. So are the bartlett anthias. Bought 6 and feeding on pellets [emoji1] [emoji1] [emoji1]
  2. If u net the fishes and it is splashing around, also a good sign
  3. TFC yes they hand feed pellets. Fishes are very well trained. Ng couple mostly no. Those leftover fishes in tank they feed mysis shrimp. AM also handfeed various pellets size, nori also. So well trained that my naso tang n algae blenny doesnt eat any frozen food
  4. Just came back from AM. Was told no shipment due to poor weather. Unconfirmed shipment on Sun night.
  5. I find that dosing too much bateria can be bad too i.e. fish and corals look uncomfortable. Try dosing lesser?
  6. Hi bro Chris, I like to know the price for the ATS too [emoji2]
  7. Clowns, contrary to what people have said, are very delicate and sensitive. They r usually first to die if water para changes.
  8. Just build a easy-to-maintain coral and invert only nano tank. All you have to worry is water top up for 10days. Nutrients should be fine.
  9. Lol I cant catch fish for a living. Anyway my friend dad catches freshwater stingray regularly and most of them are sold. He keeps a couple as pet
  10. It is also available at seletar nanyang seaview, from the right 2nd column racks
  11. Hmmm? I got my fluval hob at clementi c328 leh. Inside shop second row at the bottom rack
  12. Maybe is salinity. Hydrometer not very accurate.
  13. Im using Fluval C3 hob filter for my nano reef. It is more costly but is a silent filter and cleaning is easy(very important). Also i dont have to stop the filter operation to clean and i dont have to wash away all beneficial bacteria at 1 go. Google it to understand. For skimmer im using skimz monsters sh1 and sh2 which is also a HOB skimmer. Easy cleaning and effective. Spend abit more on equipment to save yourself from heartache and expensive deadfishes. By the way i place my tank by the window and is using a single fan only. Temp is between 27.5 to 28.5.
  14. And bubbles hate water flow. Place in low flow area so it will open
  15. Bro dont worry mine also like that once in awhile. Mine even "vomit" out slimes and brown mucus recently but has since recovered after giving it a dip. Do check your water parameters.
  16. Its dying if its losing its meaty flesh. If you are worried, target feed him. If dont recover, do a coral dip. Remember bubbles dont like strong water flow.
  17. When u have a lot of nuisance algae in the tank and your snails, your plastic scrub and hand cant keep up with the algae growth [emoji29]
  18. Bro Iskay thanks for suggesting that its a whelk. Yes it looks very similar to Pollia fumosa. As i found him on rocks rather than sand bed. [emoji28]
  19. Hi guys, I was surprised to find this snail crawling in my 4ft fowlr tank. Probably from the lr. His body looks like banded black and grey with 1 long nose (quite similar to nauccirus snail) Pls help to ID
  20. Just a word of caution.. be sure to dip your newly bought corals. I just bought a piece of Glove Polyp and dipped it. A spear mantis shrimp, a slug, a banded serpent starfish, a few twitching worms and some round things came out. Really scare the hell out of me. Please dip the corals no matter how clean u think it is.
  21. Yeah I am observing him for these couple of days and he is very aggressive when it comes to feeding and his own reflection [emoji28] Was thinking of putting in some inverts into the tank but looks like I shouldn't make them become supper [emoji28]
  22. Make sure they eat, and pray hard [emoji21]
  23. Wow 5 months and daily water change!? How do you change the water without sucking the baby shrimps away? Do you just transfer them to another holding tank?
