  1. u dun need a pump or an overflow box to allow water to flow out of your tank w/o drilling a hole.... wat i did was to have a U-shaped pyv piping, control valve on the outside, fix it up n turn on the valve,the water will flow automatically... kust my 2cents
  2. cool....where can i get this diamond drill bit? will my glass crack? no need to dismantle the glass piece rite, can just drill straight as a tank? sorry ar, me wana make sure...

  4. Hi people... I'm planning to drill a hole about 2-3cm on my 2ft sump tank....can advise me how to drill? e equipment needed? need to dismantle the glass piece? hope you guys can enlighten me...thanks
  5. hey people, newest update: gona drill a hole at the return portion, at an appropriate height(desired water level), so the excess water will flow out of the hole into a small pail outside the sump tank, just need to empty the pail once in a while....this will help reduce my fear of flooding while i sleep at night....guess no one has ever done this stupid thing before right....haha

  7. thanks for the advice porc, yes i'm actualli using the same concept of siphon overflow, controlling the flowrate with a control valve and also controlling the return flow too....now i'm still fine-tuning it, very difficult to get an equal tune, may need to find a way to control the water level so that it does not overflow out of my sump n flood!!! haha i'm always calling home evrynow n then to check e water level...haha
  8. yup, now got a bit of problem adjusting the flow rate, too slow will flood, too fast, the return compartment dry up....haiz.....dunno wat to do, still playing with control valves....

  12. hi people, selling this small but damn mighty Weipro TC500 internal filter.... can take out the filter casing n use as powerhead to creat damn solid current....haha flow rate at 600L/hr, used for 1month going at $12....anyone eyes big already? haha
  13. oh ok....i din drill a hole, just anyhow connect some pvc pipes with control valve.....open the valve n the water just flow out...swear i din plan this over flow....!!!
  14. yup, agree with you, one glass pc is lower than e other, so it can flow naturally....now still fine tuning the water flow....scared flooded la..

  20. dun get ocean free fans, seems to be a lot of fan but no power ones... best to get the single fan type and with the clamp...
