i'll normally defroze my brine shrimp, remove the water content, add S** C**m garlic guard, let it soak n freeze it again....my LS will eat direct with the garlic...seems to work, no ich problem so far...

kinda gd method but placing a bag of coral chips in sump will accumulate detirus after sometime n in turn raise NO3? not sure on how long coral chips need to place in sump to raise calcium to preferred level...gurus please support n confirm....

thanks shi fus... there's another reefer who also told me that he has been mixing salt for months and till now his tank is matured n problem free....maybe you're right that e salt mix will replenish the trace elements....will give tat a shot....someone also told me that water from LFS might contain some dirty or bad bacteria in it...dun know how true is tat..
