  1. Tell us more about ur tank. mainly the tank parameter, lighting and wavemaking. a pic will be useful =)
  2. one of the most beautiful RBTA i'd seen. the bulb shape and the colouration clearly show that the RBTA is in good health. And of course, reefer are the best cleaning crew(s), next to snail, crabs, shrimps... etc. really a metamorphosis after the 8hr back breaking experience.
  3. thanks for the compliment ... i will not put myself anywhere near AT and scarab. they are really the experienced. =) As for me, i am clueless when it comes to naming SPS.
  4. going reservist for 2 weeks. my dosing regime is handed over to my sister. kent marine 2 part solution will be employed ... will they survived ... haiz ... Calcium reactor is really the best option.
  5. the superglue gel work for a day...this will be the temporary solution till the stock come i guess =)
  6. just to clarify, i did not sell him =) i believe he bought it at about 90.
  7. sound like a good idea ... like a bandage
  8. i nearly glue my hand to it too liao
  9. i have a feeling that it is not suppose to work even though i super glued the clamp ... anyone has an good idea to offer ?
  10. sadly, both of them dun have the part ... the replacement part is too hot .. seem like everyone is buying them =)
  11. oops, my MCE 600 also put out micro bubbles at times too. especially after i put in some epoxy
  12. this is what happen my tunze nano not only the clamping tab was broken , the clamp broke itself too ...hope the super glue can work
  13. one of my fav SPS, nice growth and colour coming
  14. u are really a prata lover .... ur tank remind mi of fishtalk1517's tank nice!
  15. recent change is to change my BLV 20kk to BLV 14kk... the colour is not as nice as the 20kk but seemingly brighter . change out the tunze nanos to TS 07... bulkier and less wire ... most reefer advice me for the 6055, but the cost is really a bit high for me to accept . most likely addition are nice mushroom to add colour to the tank. a calcium reactor and 2 x HO T5 to balance the colours (DIY)
  16. these are my precious ... be it in what condition, they are the easiest to keep
  17. more pic more pic... the CF rocks never fail to impress me =)
  18. yup .. it really depend ... Sham's rocks are really nicely scaped.
  19. seem like the RSM really provide all in 1 solution for the seahorses. come to think about it , the CF tonga might be a better option for the seahorses =)
  20. Hi i set it at 25.4. it is a personal preferance . dunno whether is it true, at lower temperature , (1) the amount of dissolve oxygen is higher (2) algae growth is not as fast. (3) metabolism of coral are lower, thus slower growth.
