  3. it is available as i have decommisioned . will be throughly cleaned . IMO, 8/10. all offer will be considered . willing to trade aquabee or eheim pumps preferably 2000litres and above. MH will be considered too. good for tank up to 250 litres ... 200 nego, i do not know how to price, that's why i put 200 nego... receive some pm and have reply to all. retail at 369 but relatively new if u guys follow my tank thread in SRC. pm mi the price u are willing to buy. of course i have my reserve selling price as i have pm some of u. it is quiet and suitable for room setup. personally have used prizm and weipro . this skimmer is efficient and quiet. selling due to upgrade . it is quieter than my upgraded skimmer too. And if u are considering prizm, must as well pay a bit more for this german needlewheel skimmer ! pump using ocean runner PH2000, rated i think less than 40 watts . sorry cant remember but spec and be easily taken from webby. thanks for reading !
  4. all ur parameter is in check...lighting does play a part. for my case, a moderate to slow flow is great for all common LPS as high flow inhabit the polyp from extending . do tell us the lighting and position and the coral that are placed near it ...all affect the extension of the LPS. the hammer is dead will u see them melting inside their skeleton ...
  5. ric is one of the easiest to keep .. good luck .
  6. ken and reefzz just came to my house and we have a good talk. yup sat all of us can go ken's house. i have my blue tub ready haha
  7. ya ... even put on the plastic covering to protect the LCD display.
  8. have the above unit for sale at 200 negotiable. retail 369 for those who know , this is almost the perfect needlewheel skimmer filter for <250litres tank. pm mi if interested or call mi direct if u have my number. run on ocean runner 2000. Aquamedic link to biostar flotor
  9. that's funny too. it is a Chromis tank without Chromis. Aquamedic name the tank Chromis ... http://www.aqua-medic.de/seawater/en/7/chromis/
  10. bro i have a whole lot of cheato to pass to u fo ur huge FUGE. come along !
  11. u are funny reefzzz, we'll go to kenneth's house with huge plastic bags!
  12. com come .... nice knowing u ... can have kopi at koufu anytime. ur tank has great potantial for beautiful things. grab from kenneth tank. tell u what , the FR u pass to mi fit like a lock to a key, i am serious.
  13. ever wonder where is ur orange mushies.. it is still in my cheato box haha... will be nice if they all can be together
  14. my bubble is attacking my ric ... need to put them further
  15. funny they curl up when i feed marine snow
  16. not too sure about that ... haha... i also want them to split
  17. the clam is great... is it ultra maxima?
  18. i also have prob with this. the best way is to epoxy them together on a bigger piece of rock so that they seem to be together.
  19. for ease of removal and maintainence, the hang on will be a lot easier than canister. i am still old school as i use canister without sump and i do maintainence once a month. the amount of dirt in the canister is incridible of course ! just measure my NO3, 10ppm ... IMO is low and i will not try to bring it further down. i thnk a skimmer is better without one. ur NO3 will largely depend on ur number of fishes. for less maintainese, keep a pair of nemo will be great ! as for lighting, 1 blue , 1 white is better for viewing pleasure as 2 x 10k will be too yellow. Jebao HangOnBack filter with Protein Skimmer function: i have a friend using that. noisy and lotsa micro bubbles return back to man unit . in the end my friend just use it as a filter by switching off the air valve.
  20. i would suggest u do away with the hang on filter as they are highly ineffective . if without a sump, get a canister and dump whatever u want inside . neater and more presentable. get corallife salt
  21. does the epoxy do good to ur tank ?
  22. try tropic marine . nitrite test kit can double as nitrate too. actually for ammonia and nitrite, using tetra is okie as u need to achieve undetachable reading to show that u have completed ur ANN.
  23. from my experience , u can check ur salinity using a refractometer first. followed by kH and pH ur phosphate and nitrate level is okie for softies, dun worry so much ...
