  1. If your tank is a well established tank. They still find food on their own. 1 day. .. nothing to worry
  2. Bro, from your pic, the FR is fed by gravity?
  3. Once and for all? Leave it to dryness. That way.... everything will die too. Inclyding beneficial bacterial, pods.....
  4. Hi guys... My tank is finally coming on wed! I'm wondering where Should I place the 2 mp10es in a 2 feet cube. They re not wes so will not sync.
  5. Your ammonia is rising. That will kick start the cycling. U have a test kit to test your ammonia? Typical cycling period is 2-4 weeks depending on quite a number of factors. My live rocks are already cycling in Iwarna for 3 weeks way before my tank is made. Even then, I feel safer to leave it for another week or 2. All these can only be confirm by test kits. Do not buy any LS during cycling period. They will just die off, or don't eat.... Waste money and marine life. Just enjoy the process, read more to gain knowledge. Learn the mistake from others experience...
  6. You Gotton your live rocks to cycle the tank? Adding fishes at the moment is detrimental and your fishes may die
  7. Doesn't mean anything. Nothing to worry about.
  8. Maybe abt 500. Still have change back
  9. When mce600 is filled with water, it can be quite heavy... hope your glass can take the weight
  10. You will need a return pump. Do you have space to place the sump tank and overflow box?

  13. Have one JBL UV 36W water clarifier 6months old for sale at $50. Condition 9/10. Interested, please WhatsApp 98790045.
  14. I add salt to water. But I guess no right or wrong...however I think I read somewhere adding water to salt might precipitate certain ions and cause cloudiness.
  15. Your current tank set up is quite difficult to keep anything sophisticated .... not suitable for coral too. I would advice you to get liverock and stick to fish only. Is there internal filtration or anywhere u can hang a dejected mce 600?
  16. Beautiful fishes but unable to keep them for long even though they may be feeding well. feed a wide range of food bro... they are very beautiful in your QT tank
  17. please update us with more pic. this is getting exciting ...
  18. Bro... Anymore update of your tank?
  19. Yes... Like seachem prime will reduce the cu2+ to cu+ which is very deadly to all marine life even at low concentration. You cannot use water conditioner. You can employ DI water for your salt mix should u need to change water.
  20. This tank is an active tank.... Hope to see your big tank for these big guys soon! How long have u have them on avg?
  21. How is the flow in your tank? Are there accumulation of detritus in the tank somewhere. Do you employ a lot of biomedia like bio home? Are u running sand or barebottom? Have u tried AZ-NO3 ? Don't even know if it is still in the market. What is your feeding regime. Cheato/bio pellet will help..... Actually.....if I am keeping fowlr... I will be happy enough if I can achieve 15 -20 ppm of nitrate and keep it there. Will enjoy the hobby and stop worrying.
  22. I have one main return pump to tee off to my main, fluidized reactors and chiller... 1 pump and I get the biggest I can find. I hate to see a lot of pump in my tank. Downside, if it decide to breakdown on me, all my equipment will not work too I standby the same return pump I trust eheim or DD .... Personal preference
