the black thing on the rock can be scrape off i believe ... anyway ... u might wanna consider T5 .. the more powerful kinda flourecent lighting for ur tank . how about a better wava maker ?? totally essential for big taank like urs .

generally i feel that fishes dont eat immediately when introduce to the tank because they do not regconise "tank food". so maybe to train them to eat can either put them into a betta box and get the fishes to know that food is food before releasing them into main tank... to mi , ich is there since day one... the only proven method is hypo and copper which i do not want to practice as it need a lot of work. all my fishes are with mi for quite a long time, just feed them good stuff and they will be immune to the ich. let them fight it off themselves. feed garlicguard mysis/brine ocean nuitrition pellet 1 & 2 i employ UV introduce cleaner shrimp ? < this one i am not too sure, my cleaner dun work anymore.
