Well... I'm no guru and I don't have all answers... However there are certain concerns as per your questions... 1) I have not heard of ammonia spike for copper treatment... However, copper will leech onto rocks and you may not be ever able to keep corals unless the rocks are treated... 2) I do not know whether will re-freezing them will have any repercussions. But it's better to mix and feed straight. 3) It's not exactly a cure, but it does boost immunity against certain diseases like ich and marine velvet. 4) If you have no corals, invertebrates and anemones, it's possible to hypo DT. Do you have QT? If you have, it'll be good if you can quarantine at a lower salinity... It improves their breathing... After that, treat with Dr G anti parasites... At least infection to other fishes will be kept at minimal... Angel Keeper

Generally, LPS are not difficult to keep... However, they can die for no apparent reason... Especially torches... Octos and hammers are better bets... Angel Keeper

Looks like gonio / alveo... And if that's a hammer, then you're paving both corals too closely... Your green coral will probably be the first to melt... Euphyllias pack a huge punch... I'd place both corals on the substrate first as well, away from each other... That's for acclimatisation... Angel Keeper
