Have them treated fast... Small White specks (similar to ich) are the last stage already... And they spread rapidly... I lost almost all fishes 2 months back due to velvet...

My DT has the same dimensions. Together with sump, it's about 660 litres without rocks and sand... One 22 kg salt tub is enough...

How fast is your water flow through Biohome Plus? My understanding is that fast flow can lower ammonia and nitrite... But for removal of nitrate requires really slow flow...

Sherilyn91, if you can use RODI water, of course that'll be best... As for bacteria, it depends... You need to do the checks... Once nitrate is zero, it means you're ready...

It'll take a few weeks to sun dry the rocks completely...
You can go pharmacy and buy a bottle of sodium hydroxide... Mix about 1 part sodium hydroxide to 3 parts water... Put the rocks in for about an hour... After that you'll be able to see a lot of dead critters including worms... Rinse and scrub the rocks... Then put the rocks back... Of course you'll lose your beneficial bacteria and probably coralline algae... But to me, it's better than having worms... After that, introduce good bacteria... Your water probably will cloud during the cycling process, but it should clear up pretty fast...
