Just a few pointers on keeping of non-photosynthetic gorgonians... 1. Feed twice a week with coral food. 2. Light doesn't really matter. I've placed it in high light and low light and it still stays the same. 3. Watch out for high nutrients environment. Once algae grows on the branches, it may stop extending its polyps. Sounds easy? Your anaerobic bacteria is insufficient to convert nitrites to nitrates... That's why nitrates will continue to climb... You can use Microbacter7 when you add new fishes in.
