Selling the above two items: *1. Pax Bellum N24 Macroalgae reactor* Condition: 9.5/10 Bought from another reefer who got it from BRS (no need power transformer) on Feb 21. So it is less than a year old. Got it from the reefer in Oct 21, have cleaned it using vinegar but did not use it at all, in pristine condition, plug and play. https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/a-r-i-d-n24-macroalgae-reactor-pax-bellum.html Reason for sale: Changing from closed loop (canister) to sump system. Reactor can be used in sump and out of sump. My new sump will come with a Refugium compartment hence no longer need it/cabinet not enough space. Price: $600 (price I paid for the item, negotiable but pls don’t lowball using it to fund my sump tank. RRP on BRS is $1150, excluding shipping to SG and it is quite big) *2. Oase Biomaster 850* Best canister you can get, pre-filter is really easy to clean, no more nitrate factory! Easy to use. Condition: 8.5/10 Currently still in use, well maintained. Will remove from system once new sump tank arrives. Used for slightly over a year. Comes with all accessories, will throw in free 2 litres of JBJ Micromec (RRP $50 for both, already cleaned), and 60ppi black foam pads for the pre-filter (RRP $25) https://eastoceansg.com/collections/all/products/oasebiomaster?variant=37818598686904 Reason for sale: Same as above Price: $400 (Discounted RRP $520)

Hmm that is true. I was thinking of dosing MB7 because I was initially dosing prodibio on a daily basis (freebies from another reefer when I made purchases from him), back then there were no such issues. The Dinos started once I stopped dosing [emoji28] Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app

Thanks for the offer though! Saw your New tank thread and it was super informative! Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app

That is very true. I was changing water yesterday day, and filtered the water with filter floss, the stuff seems to be able to go through the floss and aggregate. They are starting to look stringy and with air bubbles on them. Guessing they are Dinos now [emoji24] I have dosed live phytoplankton and tisbe/apocyclops pods in hopes for increasing the diversity of organisms in the water. Should I try using Vibrant / MB7, read that these two can be effective. (Trying to do it the more natural way rather than using chemicals).

Have been running it for close to a month. Yup have increased the flow already and manually blow the diatoms off the sand bed.

Selling the above as a package, great for those starting the hobby. Collection at CCK. Red Sea salt is brand new (unopened) purchased from FnM at $80. Selling because have switched salts. 4 stage DI does not come with media. Purchased it from another reefer at $70 without media. Letting go because have upgraded to RODI. PM me to deal. Thanks!

Currently using Seachem sea gel Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app

Thanks for the reply! I do not see air bubbles. They are brownish in colour and seem to form a film over the sand bed. The LPS don’t seem happy about it [emoji22] Water parameters Ammonia: 0 ppm Nitrites: 1 ppm (or more than that) Nitrates: 20 ppm Phosphates: 0.01 ppm Alk: 8.5 dKH pH: 8.2 Salinity: 35 ppt Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app

Hi everyone I’m having some trouble with this rust like thing on my sand bed. Have tried sucking them up, and blowing them away with a turkey baster but they come back real quick. Have added Seachem sea gel to reduce phosphates and organics in the water. My LPS don’t seem to be doing well =/ Hoping it’s not Dinos but I’m not sure of how to ID them.
