Thanks bro kenyee, valid point. Just trying to gather feedbacks for reefers here which can be considered by new starter so we won't underestimate the commitment/time needed to maintain reef tank.
I'm new to saltwater. But from my past experience in freshwater planted tank it's beneficial to do large water change during the first week or two of the cycling process to export the excess nutrient out of the system to prevent algae bloom.
Perhaps seniors here can advise if this is also applicable to saltwater? Thanks
I read it's recommended to use wavebox in tank with centre back overflow due to standing wave generated. Anybody has experience on using wavebox with corner/side overflow?
Risk of overflow? Noise? Etc.
