understood, however at the time i do not have test pen and i need to identify the source rather than turn off all the power which is not a viable option.

I bought Hailea hs-28a and been running for a month. Tonight i was feeding my fish and shocked the moment i touch the water there is a small current. And i was able to pinpoint that it was the chiller through elimination (trial and error) by removing each plug that is contact with my tank and touching the water each time i remove one plug (i know it's dangerous but i have someone on the main switch to turn the power if saw me getting electricuted) . Anyone having this problem?? Tomorrow i will call the supplier to have it replaced..
