  1. The tentacles still seems fleshy. It they become stringy and deflated, most probably won't gonna make it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. To target feed, cut prawns and direct it to its tentacles. It will grab and put it into its mouth. But be careful if you have shrimps or other fish that may snatch it away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I used to use green element. Similar to beamswork. Very white. But that time mostly fish not much corals. Anemones and sponge seems ok. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Photos courtesy of Google Street View. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Yup. Goodbye phosphate is Pretty effective. From fnm or ml. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Well, having the pump run dry is definitely better than your than dry. Hahaha. Is that a miniature puffer? If it grows up, it will eat the fishes. Then u will really [emoji42] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Anemone don't eat clowns. Small fish or shrimps will get eaten if they are sickly and get "caught" by the tentacles. Especially carpet anemone. Very sticky. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. It will be safer for you to place the pump and reactor in the iOS/sump if is its possible. If it really leaks, the pail will not make any difference unless someone is at home monitoring the pail. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Not dying. Still looks very healthy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. May I know how long have you had the flame scallop? I've read that they need target feeding or liquids food. Had them in the past. When first bought, the "flames" are long but as day pass, it gets shorter and shorter before they kick the bucket. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Gorilla crab. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Both. But the calcium do get very hot to the touch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Not west. AM has it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Not necessary. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. No. Once accustomed to feeding during lights on, it will open up even during daytime. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Definitely nipped by another. My maroon used to be like that until it outgrown the normal clowns. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Get peppermint shrimp and your luck may improve. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. What about your pipings? are they solid pipes or rubber hose? Due to turbulence? If you have a valve, try throttling to see if that's the issue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I supposed yes. But for consumption in future? Hahaha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Abalone yes. They graze on algae and seaweeds. What kind of oysters? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. As long as the mouth is not gapping/internals coming out, it's fine. They do "purge" once in a while to very small size. Should return back to normal within 15 minutes or so. Is there still strong current at the place where you intend to place it? If it gets blown away the moment you place it there, the current is too strong. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Don't subject them to direct flow/current. And place them on rocks or concaves. Easier for them to set foot. When placing them, reduce the current in the tank until they have anchored themselves. That said, they will still shift if they don't like the place. It will go to a place where there is enough light. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Noise would be negligible. I would worry more on the heat generated by the additional pump. Tried different pumps and eheim seems to be the most reliable but generates more heat than dc pumps. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Shrimp pie is more appropriate. [emoji1] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. I have seen number 0. 3 is kinda big and coarse to be considered sand. Polyart or C328 have it too. Or try the east side farms. I bought mine from Iwarna and Beng. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
