And as if yesterday's disaster was not enough....i had a second disaster this morning!! Tenporary fibre tub to house my soft corals and fishes...i can say crashed... Two of my anemones died and made the water super cloudy and smelly... Sian So the loss are..... Powder blue tang x 1 Normal red wrasse x1 Cleaner shrimp x2 Yellow hogfish x1 Starfish x2 Anemone x5 Aussie torch x1 Hammer x1 Yuma x5 Zoas x uncountable Durian x half fist size Clam x1 Emo day.... So no choice, i have to throw my remaining livestock into the main tank which is still cycling....surprisingly, they are doing pretty well...crossing my fingers and toes that they remain this way!!

Inwear: i think this is the "interesting" part of husbandry to the tank right? Haha I mean like all pets keeping,u choose to keep them u need to give them the best if not the second best ..

Evolutionz : most parts are using pvc glue plus sillicone but inside overflow box where my durso pipe is(the one leaking actually), i chose sillicone only as a precaution..(worst case scenario whereby i need to redo anything)

Waiting for everything to dry before re-applying sillicone and fixing back the durso pipe...

Haiz..... Disaster today man... Happy happy go beng shop buy rocks come back scape than realise how come got water dripping below overflow box......end up downflow pipe never put sillicone enough and ended up leaking...not the biggest leak but its worse than this since its a drop by drop leak...stop the whole system and yanked out the whole piping to redo... Well...still have had some time to do scape but now whole tank is like i just poured barley water in it...damn cloudy.

Ordered NSW from Iwarna to be filled up today...5th. Didnt expect the water volume to be close to 600litres for both tank and sump. Guy from iwarna was very nice to go up and down to fill up water.... Finally can see something motivating liao ....

Tank arrived on the 4th which was yesterday. Was delivered by 4 guys and my lift door barely had any extra space left....2 inch bigger and i probably have to pay them thousands to carry up to my level.

So cabinet was up and i finally realised that a 40yrs old hdb have got a very slanted wall ....everywhere. Check out the side door and you see how slanted my wall is. And the other photo shows the location of the tank that will be sitting on.

Got a couple of quotes and ended up with someone i have done it before. Carpentry was referred by same tankmaker as well. Old guy whom been in this trade for donkey years and used the old methods of joining wood using groove cutting and not screws. Overall is acceptable but if you are looking for very good worksmanship,you can pass on this guy. Ok, lower cabinet was fixed up on the 3rd.

Very hands on bro..! I guess the setting up part is gona be the most memorable one since...we kind of diy-ed things wit sweat and sometimes blood! Haha Two weeks down the road and i will be doing the same thing as you...may need your expertise ya haha

Finally confirmed my customised tankset! Will be having a new thread once its up. As of this 3ft tank, i will miss this tank soon. A nice couple have bought over this tankset together with my razor. Will be letting go some soft corals soon. Cheers!

Time for a change...! Dunno can classify as upgrade or downgrade... Am changing to a 2.5ft all round cube tank!! May need to clear some livestock...
