  16. Thanks for the much tips guys. Amazingly now, after 2 weeks of having the current, it's no longer there. I don't even see any jump at all in the tank anymore using the voltmeter. Fingers crossed it stays that way. Gonna start with stocking my cuc and the corals I have leftover from my decommed tank. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  19. My return pump is brand new, a Hailea. Reactor is a bm, 2nd hand, very small speed, I think 300l/hr. 2nd reactor uses a Eden water pump, 600l/hr, 2 months old tops. Skimmer is brand new, from bm. Chiller is fed by a boyu water pump,1500/hr, not more than 3 months old for the pump, chiller is bought 2nd hand, but I was getting the electric currents before I installed the chiller so I doubt that's the reason. 20. Anyone knows if ah beng is getting any shipment weds or thurs? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Read about the ground probe. It transfers the current to the earth wire. However, does that means the current/volts are still in the tank? As in, does the fish still get/feels it? Or do not as it's being transferred? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Yeah I did unplug all equipment prior to testing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. as I said, tried all the methods. Every single equipment was giving off 0.3-0.4 volts into the water. One equipment at a time and a new power point, even tried it with just plain water. When everyting is up and full running in the tank, it's 0.8-0.9 volts in the water. And I'm still feeling the tingle sensation when I place my hand In the tank. Anyone else knows what could be the issue? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Sighs. This is getting annoying. Tested all my equipment with the multimeter. Every single item is giving off about 0.3 volts. When I turn on the whole tank, the water is sitting at 0.8 volts. So what is leaking? Can't seem to figure it out. I'm still getting the tingling sensation when I put my hand in the tank. I don't consider these normal as I never had a tank that had these effect before. Anyone who knows about electric cares to give their input? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Bought a multimeter already. What's the approved voltage for standard equipment to be leaking btw? Cause I read that all equipment usually have some kind of power surge cause of the magnetic field and strips especially from power heads and light sets. Anyone knows what's the so called approved volts? Read online that above 50 is considered not safe but that's based in us forums. Same with us? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
