the topic starter, kee, is asking about a router for his house. why are ppl talking about all the technicalities surrounding their office complexes? how relevant are these to the first and original question? food for thoughts ..... impressive answers but irrelevant ? an overkill ? i am confused because i am relatively blur about information techno/IT. please pardon me for speaking my mind thru this thread.

hey, it takes a real human Dispar_Anthias to know his kinfolks in the sea. Especially on the price ... the man did caution that he is not that cheap .... hahaha luv your sense of humour. btw, Dispar_Anthias, why are u called the "Official SRC Tang Police" ? What's the background to it ?

You asked "How is MI compare to banner, better with reef?" What is "MI" ? imho, i believe it will be a matter of time before your banner will start to misbehave. i got my banner for more than four months, then start "tocking".

i also want to know where are clams sightings. hopefully in pasir ris area. -
oops, sorry, picture is at bottom right (not left) corner. texture of coral is hard but very brittle.

is the banner fish same as the banner butterfly fish ? if it is, then not really reef safe. mine has been banished into the sump tank as it keeps "tocking" my corals.

has a "lettuce" coral for two weeks. honestly, neither i nor the lfs has the real name. can anyone identify for me. see pic at bottom left corner. more importantly, today, within 24 hours, the brown colour starts receding leaving only the white skeleton. see second pic for a close up. i know it must be a gone case liao. will have it removed and thrown away unless someone tells me there is hope by tomorrow. can someone educate me on what has happened, i.e. the name and nature of the "disease". what are the probable causes ? btw, 1st pic to show general health of tank. 2nd pic is close up of "lettuce". i have not tested water parameters for the last one week, but hope the 1st pic gives a general indication.

consider a banner butterfly. it swims quite a lot with a trailing long "banner-like" fin waving through.

hello ppl, this is my advice - don't speed, especially in Singapore. Not worth the time difference. i drove from my in-laws in woodlands back to my home in katong. speed along BKE into PIE and then home. average speed on expressways definitely over 100 kmph, at times going over 120. my daughter, who then just gotten her driving licence, was driving with "P" plate. she left woodlands together with me, but in her own car. i warned her, with my wife in the car, that she is not to drive over 80. guess what ? she reached home within three minutes of me. and she was not even speeding, as confirmed by my wife. moral of the story .... don't speed. the time saved (deemed benefit) is not worth the costs (stress, possible speeding ticket, and worse with accident). safety first .... its not just you, but others as well that can be affected by your driving.

first, let me apologize for being bold. you appear to be popping questions as they come to mind. i would suggest you do some (or lots of) reading of other people postings and experiences such as those found in the forum "new to the marine aquaria hobby." not only you find answers to your questions, you will also read up on other stuff which i am very sure will come into your path in the days, weeks and months to come. obviously my suggestion does not mean that one cannot ask, but what is better than to find out by oneself. i humbly ask that you don't take it personal. -
PMed you
