  4. live and let live. i am sure seller/giver understands now and will forgive. buyer/taker already admitted and also apologized. if seller/giver can take the lead and give a "virtual" expression of forgiveness in this thread, i am sure a lot of reefers can learn from this show of grace. my $0.02 and sori if i fail to help in a reconciliation.

  6. excuse me people, what is "ppl's brand" of salt. never heard of leh. please help. thanks.
  7. in case you have a clown which co-exist with the anemone, then watch for the clown's behaviour as well. if the clown is avoiding the anemone, then it's probably a tell tale sign of imminent death of the anemone. saying this through my last experience.
  8. i remember our ex-PM Goh said in one of his national day speeches: Good good things not cheap Cheap cheap things not good looks like there is a lot of truth in your case, bro.

  12. hello to all who have expressed an interest or pmed me to buy the mushies on shell. my minister of home affairs fell in love with the mushies and asked that we should keep it and not sell it. as she is a good supporter of my hobby, i think i should respect that request. thousand apologies to all again. sorry sorry.
  13. wow, bro gouldian, you're indeed knowledgeable and resourceful. many thanks for the link. i have re-examined the bivalve and indeed there are spikes around and i could even see the numerous "eyes". the bivalve is some kind of a thorny oyster or spiny oyster.
  14. there are seven frags altogether. at least that's what i can see, but may be one or two small ones hidden. as to the varieties, i could see either four or five diffent types. for those who have pmed me, i apologize if i did not get back to you as i really don't know how much to sell for. with a unique piece like this, it is hard to determine the price.
  15. are u a law student, or becoming a lawyer or even studied commercial laws? i agree with you as such issues are covered under "law of torts".
  16. i thot the topic is about a possible civil suit, and not identifying a ls here.
  17. i have a piece of live bivalves (probably some sort of clam). what is interesting is there are different frags and types of mushies growing on it. see pic attached. how much frags can you see ? how many different types of mushies are there ?

  23. pump is placed in the second compartment of sump tank. this is where the water got pumped into the chiller. the water from the chiller is then output into the third compartment. try to put the hose near the return pump. in this way, the chilled water got sucked into the return pump fast so that it goes to the main tank asap. hope it helps.
