I agree with Andrew .. dun waste money ... For 2 ft tank I recommend maxspect razor 120w if is within ur budget .. if not is better to use 4 tubes T5ho .. U need time to build up the bacteria in ur tank .. add livestock slowly slowly .. diligently do ur water test and WC ... monitor as u add new livestock

Do keep in mind tat u are looking for 36w par38 .. alot of sellers offering only 12w par38 full specturm.
