I not sure i have enough LR but it shd be about 100-150kgs in there. At least 50% of them are from my previous tank. I did put a pcs of mkt prawn but disappear with 3 day. Been putting in pellets everyday too. Thats the problem no spike in any ammonia or nitrite. Wave maker rated 13000l/hr but i think not enough as the other side quite stagnant. Finally tank is fill up and all the scaping done. Kick started the cycle process last fri. But no spike in ammonia and still tested 0 for nitrite n nitrate. But tank actually cloudy and smelly from the 1st day but all clear on the 4th day. Not sure what is going on. Anyone can advise? Front view rear view. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk

Yup i got about 50% LR. I broke the prawn into 3 part but its really gone .wat i can find is the intestine of the prawn only. Then the water juz turn clear overnight. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk

Hi Guy i just check out something? last fri i kick start my cycling process by putting 1 dead prawn in(before and after the step water was already cloudy, suspect bacteria bloom). yesterday (prawn is gone) and today i check for ammonia 0.25(salfieit), nitrite 0 (Api) and nitrate 0 (Api). today the water already turn clear, so how do i know if my cycle is over? shd i add in more prawn to raise up ammonia?

the moment u saw 1 after a few days u will see alot more. They will give out 'spider webs like' to grab foods. Some tanks got infested so badly and its cover fully with the webs. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk
