Shld be a Sailfin Tang (Zebrasoma Veliferum), try to compare with more pictures to confirm.
Red Sea Sailfin Tang has intense yellow/orange strips.

I've been using those swing arm hydrometer since day 1 and find that it's alright. U must keep track of the SG every 2-3 days and top up with fresh water.
Generally, corals, inverts and clams require SG 1.023 - 1.025 while fishes can tolerate SG 1.020 - 1.025.

Not all corals are shipped in this way, some are packed in styrofoam boxes with some water.

I just bought this seaweed from the supermarket. But seems like my blue tang doesnt really fancy it. Doesnt see it eating...
Ur BT may tk few days to recognise it as food. Meanwhile, put some inside the tank everyday to train it.

limbssg, how exactly do u feed the dry seaweed to the fishes? Do u clip it on a clipper or just place it on the water?
I'm using a PVC pipe abt 15cm long. Just use a tong to put it in and I don't get my hand wet. The advantage of this over a clip is that I can cut a larger piece of nori, say, 12cm by 6cm.

U didn't mention how old is ur livestocks.
There are many reasons why the fishes died. Cyanide caught, improper acclimatization, fish not eating for prolonged period etc. Go to a reliable LFS and make sure that the fish is eating before u buy.
Perhaps u can consider a yellow tang and some species of dwarf angels for few months before trying large angels.
