    U can still go for option 1. Use the IOS for simple overflow to the sump, need some mod/DIY here. At the same time can use it to keep those nasty fish that u don't like.

    if possible, add the Achilles tang few mths later after ur tank is set up so that the water parameters are stable. When u want to introduce new fish, use the mirror method to make the current fishes busy with "themselves".

    use a powerhead to blow directly at it or put few cubes of ice into a plastic bag and use it to touch the foot of the anemone. Whatever method u use, do not use force to pull the foot of the anemone as it is the most important part of the body.

    U can put pellets or flakes into the auto feeder. I prefer pellets as flakes tend to become moist in our humid weather and some salt spray getting into the container.

    These are the foods for marine fishes: http://www.hikariusa.com/frozen_items.htm Pellets, mysis shrimp, brine shrimps are more commonly available and don't dirty the water.
