All clownfishes get more aggressive with age and each fish will have its own temperament. Go for the juvenile fish if possible. I will definately leave the tomato clownfish out, the rest of the selection looks fine.

That is just an example of a sump layout, u make some modification to have some space allowance for the skimmer. I doubt anyone will be giving away a 3 ft sump tank as they usually cost from $70 onwards. Not easy to wait for one. If u purchase an old tank and DIY, it will just take few days to complete. For more designs for the sump, do a google search.

Off topic... Here's an idea for DIY. Look for a bare 3ft tank and ask hardware shop to cut acrylic sheets to the size that u want.

replace all filter wool, rinse bio-ball/bio-ring and 20-30% water change every few days. Siphon sandbed if there are detritus. Reduce the feeding amount.

IF the purple tang is the biggest fish among them, then it will establish itself as the 'boss' in a couple of weeks. My experience tells me that PT is the most aggressive among the tangs that u have now. Otherwise, bullying will still occur.
