  1. Haha,I am sps keeper myself. As my friend is a newbie in marine, I recommend him to keep lps for the time being..
  2. Thank you very much for the prompt reply. Yes, in cm. Led will cost alot more compare to changing tubes for his current aquazonic retofit. He is using his planted tank for marine.. With you recommendation for tube combo will look blueish? Wat about aquablue special + true actinic?
  3. Hi, Like mention is another thread, I am helping a friend to setup a nano tank : 90x30x30 Plan to keep only lps and few fishes. I have no experience in nano, so getting feedback and advise. Will 2 tubes of 39watt HO ATI tubes power by standard retofit be enough for lps? If yes, what are the recommended combi? Thanks in advance

  7. Hi, Helping a friend of mine to setup a nano about 100l. However I am not familiar with nano equipment as first time setting up such a small tank, need advice from guru here. Is nac3.5 a good choice? Thinking of QQ but prefer over kill. Or any other to recommend? Thanks in advance..

  9. Try this: I had made one for my friend with a simple sump, and it works. Save you lots of money and easy to make. Good luck.
  10. Actually I have been doing vinegar dosing, bio pellet and 30% wc weekly to control NO3 for the past 1.5 years. What I have observed is that the color of sps turn paler when I dose more vinegar. Now I have reduce venigar dose by 50%, and sps color are getting better. Thus thinking of feeding to further improve the color..

  14. I lost frag like rayal blue millie, and the red millie colony u see above. Is especailly sad to see the red millie give up, as it was encrusted nicely with great growth and color.. really sad...
  15. hai, fighting with fatworms... Lost a few colonies and many nice frags, but finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.. Is a tough battle, with the help of wrasses and dipping, seems under control now.. will update once the tank get more stable.

  18. Haha, for those who are skeptical about whether led can color up sps, should go take a look at deseria's tank, her sps is one of the best I came across. using only single led set. I just collected royal blue millie from her and seen the tank personally.
  19. Hi gurus out there, Would like to find beside additives like amino acid and color enhence solution, is feeding a must for sps? As I read through some threads, some say yes and some say no. If yes, what type of food is good?
