Glad to hear that you are happy about T5, they are proven! Hope one day you will enjoy LED too FTS using Iphone.. My only pro with LED when taking pic, very diff to get the correct WB U can see how high i hang my light, is definitely more than 1ft, most likely 15 inches above the tank..

I would say yes and no. Yes if you are comparing 1unit to 1unit of other brand, it does cost more. However, if you consider the coverage it provide then it is not that expensive at all. For other lightset you might need atleast 2 units or even 3 units to provide the same coverage as single Atlantik, when you add up the cost, it will be similar in price or more ex than orphek. And asthetically (fro rimless) , less lightset hanging give you better looking setup and less messy with less wire running.. Cheers

I using single unit and it give me solid coverage over my 3x2x2.. Haha.. What cree, luxeon and what not I don really care that much la.. I am not so technical person, I trust more on experience MORE importantly I like the color, the growth, the coverage, the style.. Cheers!
