It is the same L bracket used for outdoor installation. If HDB approves it for outdoor, I don't see any concern for structure integrity of the bracket when used indoor. However I do share the concern of heat dissipation.

Hi guys, For my new tank (4.5' L x 3' W x 2' H), I intend to install the 1hp compressor above the light set using L bracket. It will be a full height cabinet with lots of grooves for ventilation. Is it advisable for this arrangement? Has anyone done it this way? Thanks :-)

Hi friends, I have used egg crate to make a simple basket for the Red bamboo algae. Basically my Foxface and PBT loves eating it but it is costly to keep travelling to LFS to buy. Don't find it sustainable in term of effort too. The 2 fish will always eat each batch till botak! Hence with this (unsightly) basket, they can only eat whatever that is growing out of it. This will allow the redied bamboo to have a chance to grow. Of course this is technically a no brainer job. Most likely there will be an aesthetically more pleasant design. Do share :-)

Hi everyone, I have a swallowtail which I hv just bought in my QT. It's stomach is bloated with air and struggle to swim downward. The other Swallowtail which is bought together and a PBT are doing well n the QT. So I don't think is the water. What happen and what can I I do?

Hi, Selling this Koran angel who has been with me since last year July. Bought as a 2.5" juvenile and now transforming to 3-4" sub-adult (slight change in colour). Fat, active, eats pellet mainly and mysis. Parasite free and he/she loves my Skunk cleaner cleaning service, even open the gill cover. Selling for $35. If u have a 4ft and above tank for the Koran, I won't mind giving a small discount.

My Foxface love to eat red bamboo and shit alot. Now I don't put the whole bunch in. Only pluck a few stalks for it. No more poo all over sea bed issue.

Remember to wash the black filter regularly. Nice Integra with solid exhaust sound!
