I have used marine magic (old version) and this Jebao doser. User Interface: prefer MM. Easier to scroll through multiple entries (example: 3 press to go to 12th entry) . Jebao has sequential scrolling (24 press to 12th entry). Size: Jebao is longer in height. Prefer MM. Dosing feature: Jebao allows dosing by volume if calibration is done properly. New MM doser has this feature too. Manual dosing (not activated by timer) : MM allows specified duration to on the pump. Jebao only allows pump to be on when button is depressed. Memory: old MM doser require manual reset of time when shut down (new model no need). Jebao has memory feature. Price : Jebao wins hands down. Durability : no idea for both. Overall, I don't mind Jebao as the inconvenience is only while setting up. I don't mess with the settings often. Time will prove if it is mechanically reliable for long.

Fusion is cool but doesn't support widget in Android from the Apex app. U can consider using Duckdns so that the Apex app can be accessed even when u r on out of your home wifi zone.

Yes, manage to setup email notification using the methods in the manual. Basically is to register a new gmx email account and then use mail forwarding to your preferred email (Gmail for my case). So far it worked in simulated scenario.

Abt 15 yrs flat. Town Council is investigating why the column of units from level 2 to 9 have the same problem. But other units on same level don't. So the problem is outside the unit. Lately no thunder. So I have no idea if they have fixed anything. Haha

Just wondering, Anyone got the Apex auto feeder to dose sodium bicarbonate? I bought the AFS for this purpose. It dose the marine ph buffer 8.3 powder whenever the ph falls below 8.33. In my 2nd day of trying this out and seems to keep the ph in the range of 8.32 to 8.36 throughout the day.

I think seller is not responding to my Sms after 6hours. The light set he sold me has given me a minor electrocution. When the plug is connected to power but the switch on the light set is off, any contact with the metal chasis will cause the electrocution. Although I am willing to give him the benefit of doubt that he wasn't aware of the problem, he could at the very least response to my query. I have suggested a refund. Given that he is a still a teenager, I shall forgive him and forgo the refund. Gotta try to repair it and search for any loose wires in there when I am free.
