Hi all, I got a BOP frag from a reefer and it was the polyps were brown and some parts of the main body was white, recently the body started turning green, I also noticed the same for my brown bird nest, the bird nest is the polyps turning green. Is this normal?

If ur water parameters r stable shuld not be a problem. But always check for pyramid snails when buying. Inlost my previous ones to it.

For smaller clams below 3 inch have to feed. I use phytofeast. Bigger then 3 inch just light will do

Some updates. Have been trying to raise kh, keeps staying around 7dkh, Have been increasing dosage but still barely hit 8dkh. Calcium around 420 Also just got a Maxspect 120w 16k

Think shuld get ammonia and ph test kits for cycling. Also maybe can share what items u have currently

Think got ppl use led dimmer to lower the wp25

just take note the 6months warranty comes from the day of purchase, so probably left with 1 month, but still pretty new, should not have any problems
