  1. I haven't had problem with clams not sticking unless the flow is way too high. Is your clam healthy? Any pests?
  2. I was also looking at that. Unless lfs plan to import I don't think it's going to be easy getting one to Singapore
  3. there are steroids to grow colonies xD search for hgh reef tanks. Using human growth hormones to accelerate growth to ridiculous proportions
  4. Your pulsing one looks very nice
  5. Just want to inquire, anyone running triton and a rowaphos or aluminium based phosphate remover facing tiny zoa syndrome?
  6. Yeah I was interested in getting some too but I can't seem to find any...
  7. Looks like Aiptasia. Get rid of it before it becomes a nuisance
  8. Hi I'm also a triton user. My tank is kind of new (4.5 months old) so please excuse the bare look
  9. I want to test water for chalice but I don't want to buy an ugly one ill regret buying later that's why ill try a mid price range chalice first
  10. very expensive :/ I have already found one
  11. Hi all, I'm venturing into the world of chalice so I'd like to buy a healthy colorful piece from reefers here Please pm me or message/whatsapp at 97210603 Thanks!
  12. You need approximately 2x more blue light than white light else everything will look washed out in color and the corals won't be able to grow much using only white lights
  13. Mandarin eats copepods more than amphipod. Easier to maintain copepod population imo
  14. Not interested anymore. Sorry!
  15. If your tank has a lot of nuisance algae it will inhibit coralline growth. You also need to have low phosphates. And the coralline algae has to be present in the tank in order for it to grow. That's why some people buy live rock solely for the coralline algae. Other than that you just need stable perimeters. Hope this helps
  16. wah blotched anthias is quite uncommon. You will probably have to reserve to get it cos it will get snatched very fast
  17. Wah so expensive leh. I bought a jerrycan around the same size from roadside shops for $12 a piece. Go lfs also some sell cheaper
  18. Any recent coral shipments in the east side? Looking for sps and lps
  19. Wow thats a large and amazing collection of sps it would look very nice when they all grow into colonies
  20. Oyster feast is bought from the store. I just squirt a bit of it into my tank every other day. I find feeding mysis actually helps grow zoanthids faster, and I have seen palytoas eat 200 micron pellet food so I feed my tank all of them
  21. Nice clowns and anemone! But you should have done your research first :/ your cycle may not be over yet so you have the risk of your anemone dying. Anyways best of luck and welcome to reefing (Edit: sorry I missread your post as new tank bought on the weekend!)
