My tank does not have IOS. What do i have to do ? Should i include IOS or just get a skimmer? Which is better?

I've bought a 3ft x1.5 tank without a sump. But with 3 T8 lighting and a Top filter. This tank is for marine fishes like clownfish and some lps corals. But i dont think the tank is able to have a sump. What am i suppose to do? Will i still be able to keep marine fish and lps corals without a sump? Is it necessary to buy a Deltec protein skimmer or a canister filter to make up for the sump? pls advise !! Pls tell me the pros and cons if possible. Thanks in advance.

Let's say if i've nothing, should i get a sump first or a skimmer first to kick start the water cycling?

So means in other words, i skimmer is not very neccessary, so long as i have a sump right? Whats a sand bed btw?

I'm planning to purchase a skimmer, wavemakers, live sand, textkits for ammonia//nitrite/nitrate and maybe a sump (which I don't know whether do i need it or not) . Would appreciate it very much if anyone is able to help. I need recommendation of the brand/model and where to get it. Budget doesn't matter as long as it's not too expensive, because I'll be using these equipments for a long period of time. My tank is 3ft x1.5 . with a top filter. so i just leave the prawns there till the whole cycle is over? or do i have to remove it after some time. if so, how long would it be?

Where can I get that microlift? Im thinking to get it once only cos this will be my first time cycling the new fish tank. After the first cycling is done I dont think I'll be using it to speed up the process anymore as it may be costly. Aim and achieve.

Is it right to say that once my NH3 and NO2 reading drops to 0 my cycling is complete and i can start adding fishes in? And how often must i check for their readings or to cycle my tank again? I'm doing this on a brand new 3ft tank. Thanks in advance, please advise

Erm not yet done any cycling yet. Am i required to do a non salt water cycle too? If so how am i suppose to do it?

Meanwhile while i'm cycling the water I'm able to add the sand in first right? and also must i add the salt in first? or must I wait till after the cycling process is done then add?
