Just after I turn off my tank lights, I saw a sudden burst of particles floating around so I went to on the lights back and realised they were baby cleaner shrimps! Anyone got any experience how to keep them alive?

Hi guys! My marine journey has been a crazy one - from a pico tank to a mix reef tank to a FOWLR tank now! Was pretty sad that I had to let go of all of my corals due to school commitments and plans to study overseas but I'm glad there's still some live in the tank keeping it beautiful and making my father happy. So here's a little peek at how it is doing!

Hi guys, Just wondering what kind of filtration are you guys using for your fowlr tanks. Currently in my sump I have a whole load of live rocks in one compartment with par38s shining on them for algae growth. A phosban reactor running carbon. A skimmer and a zeovit reactor running zeolites. The zeovit reactor was more for my sps last time but now since it is a fowlr tank, I am considering removing the zeovit reactor. Was wondering if that would cause any detrimental effects. Now the DT has no algae growth despite my heavy feeding and I'm quite happy with it. Afraid that if I remove my reactor then algae will bloom.

Hey guys, I just converted from mixed reef to fowlr and thought of changing salt to a less expensive one since now I don't need to meet the high demands of sps and lps. Just wanted to find out what brand of salt do you guys use for your fowlr tanks? Cheers!
