From the pic difficult to tell ,If your clown is cover by a white slim..probably brooklynella...can use copper to treat but make sure you can catch him our and put to a quarantine tank to treat otherwise all your coral live rock will die inside.because of copper .. Anemone doesn't affect clown fish they are use to them.. Cheers

Patience monitor another few days sometime they hide for a week or 2 if after few weeks you still dont see then got chance he die under you rock... Cheers
