Yep stress spot only , don't look like disease In my opinion, my sohal only eat seaweed as well at the beginning..you slowly train him eat pellet no issue be patient..check your water parameters as well ( just in case ph too low, dirty water ....) Cheers

I have both but in 6 foot tank so not a real issue.. If I am you I will not put 2 dwarfs in 2ft tank ( sure will fight ) but you can still try your luck, make sure your rock scaping is nicely done with many cave, allowed your flame to escape and hide. Cheers
