Anemones are quite guai lan. They will go anywhere they want if they are unhappy. Once they find a spot, they will settle down and be open up. Give it some time. Better for it to anchor although upside down than to float around. I feed my rbta and GBTA frozen mysis. They like strong light and current.

I think you should let me be first. How long has it been introduced to the tank? Usually they take time to settle. If it's just introduced, try not to touch it or feed it for a few days. When introducing did you place it and let it get a foothold on to your live rock?

This picture shoes it getting a little better. Try not to move it and change water. Maybe there's something about the water that's making it irritated. Moving it makes it extremely stressed. Have you been feeding it? Is it taking food?
