i suffered some serious loss of corals abot 9months back due to heat issues. i was playing with fire when used the aircon n fans to cool my tank. lost alot of my nice lps decided to bite the bullet and get a chiller... have been slowl stocking up the past few months

hmm its possible but make sure u get clams smaller then 3inches as at that size they rely more on feedings then light. squamosa, derasa and hippopus will do fine under your lightings but small specimens are hard to come by. the next best thing is a maxima. crocrea is a big nono.... after awhile they will brown out and mantles get thinner then die from my experience keeping then unde 4HO t5. if u wana keep croceas must bite the bullet n get mh an chiller HTH

Just wondering where do u guys place your tank? Hmmm my tank is in the bedroom... been happy with it for 2years now but i m starting to regret cos i cant stand the humming and occasional hot air from the chiller Another reason why i am regretting because my mum will ask any guest who comes to see my tank in my room (especially now cos hari raya gt loads of guests) and i got no privacy at all... i placed the tank in my room in the first place cos i spend lot of time there and it made sense to put it in my room but now so i just wana noe where u reefers place your tanks i feel like moving my tank out of my room already but scared later regret

after months of nt lfsing........... i battled the rain.... the grass and the dogs and went to pasir ris alittle dissapointing cos gt no shipments i abit lost irwana.... mushies and other normal stuff.... gt one super green foxy ahbeng... the rose anemonies are mainland..... nice blastos n cynarinas. pacific marine..... walked till the end and they shifted the new place is near erricson pert farm... super huge place still setting up nothing much....common soft corals aquaria art.... i noe abit old news lah cos the shipment some time back but the enchins were so vibrant and its nt like the normal enchins that i have boulder sized melertis huge n resonable imo...they are really huge lumi green true oct... lumi green candy some nice zooz hot pink cyna sps tts all i can remember happy reefing
