Hi bro nicreef, for me its $80 for my 300litres tank. Its just pure di water. Salt mix u can do it urself . But what the bangala did for me was , he changed my skimmer cup, changed sponge , scrubbed algae and on top of that, he even help me do the salt mix.

Yes 1 trip $80 only. I would suggest that using iwarna di water better. As some of the supermarket distilled water has other elements.

Yeah bro, i realised why my mg and ca not going up liao. Its because my dosee has this timer lock function. And its set to 7secs only wherby my dosing is way more then that. Now ca and mg should be going up liao. Haven did a test on it though. Currently have 2 sea urchinns inside. But the algae is growing way too fast before they can even consume it. Lol. My wp40 is on w1 mode at full blast. Tgt with a sunsun 5000. Maybe will replace the sunsun with another wp40 when my budget not ao tight.

I only tried running my lps tank in the balcony with direct sunlight. And compressor producing hot air.never use chiller . But guess what? I used metal halide last time. Temperature was hovering at ard 34-35degress. No problem. Infact the corals bloom even more. Just that have to face diatom problems lol.

Cant seemed to capture the colours properly due to using phone camera. Despite the insane growth of hair algae, colours seems to be maintening well. Just hope for the best. Cheers.

Yeah, your naso wont live long if you will to drag any longer. Naso needs very big tank and swimming space.

Since u had already added so many fishes in a 14G tank, what i would recommend u to do is that either return the fishes like what linko bro said , or give them to fellow reefers. Even if u intend to add market prawn now, its too late. Youve already got fishes inside. Hence by doing so when there is a ammonia and nitrite spike, all ur fishes will just be wiped of. Suggest u give the fishes to someone who is ready to give them a good home. Also ur salinity is at very high levels. Try bringing it down to about 1.024-1.025. As having a seawater tank with to high salinity will just make the fish more stress as it is harder for them to breath in high salinity waters. After removing all fishes, dose microbacter 7 from brightwell aquatics. That should help. Follow their instructions. After 1month, youre good to go. Go read up more. Rushing and impatience wont help. Thats what i experienced and learned. There is a thread on nitrogen cycle on SGreefclub. Suggest to read up on that part. Last but not least, if youre intending to keep corals, rmb , use DISTILLED water. GoodLuck! Cheers!

Hi SRC long time no update liao. As was cycling tank. Just only this week i encountered massive diatom outbreak and hair algae outbreak. Why is that so? No dying matters though. Lighting period from 1.00pm :(2 blue plus on) 1.30pm 5 blue plus +1 aquablue special.) 10.00pm 2 blue plus) 10.30( Lights out) Now cut down to only 7hrs only. Instead of the above. Po4 at 0.03ppm. Also realised that algae only grew when i started to on my lights. Seniors pls advise! Thks!

@nicereef :Me myself using iwarna DI water. Its fine so far. If its just DI water. Definitely ALK AND PH Levels would havr a big difference as compared to NSW. To achieve NSW params, you have to add salt. @ patrick: bro i also use bottles of distilled water from supermarkets if happen i ran out of DI water. I suppose that it shouldnt be a problem although the ingredients part stated to have small amounts of Calcium,Potasium,magnesium and some vitamins here and there. But so far seems ok to me. Cheers.

Jxlex bro, my current wave mode is at w1. Dont really get the instruction menu i wanna know whats the use of the scroll thing.. is it to adjust between 3000l/hr - 13000l/hr . Or is there other purposes?
