where is SEALIFE? How much is it roughly? they sell the regulators also?

I have a sump with 4 comparments. 1) Water flows to the sump 2) Protein skimmer 3) Refurigum 4) Return pump to tank. Question is after water going into the skimmer via the pump, where to send the outlet water (via hose/pipe)?? Into which compartment?? Im soo confused...

I am going to setup my 4ft tank.. I have a few questions. 1) while cycling can the Skimmer be switched on? 2) can I use activated carbon during cycle? 3) do lights have to switched on? 4) during cycle, can the water flow to overflow and sump and than return back to tank? 5) can switch on wave maker? 6) can setup my refurgium and let it run?
