I have previously invited Derrick to check up this chiller as I know some bros have to top-up gas periodically. After checking, Derrick gave me a thumb-up. According to him, a chiller will not need to top-up gas frequently unless it have some minor leak/s. HTH

If I were you I will do the following: 1) Change pump to either Eheim, Aquabee or OR 2) Ensure that I wash and empty the collection cup and neck DAILY I believe that will solve your problem. HTH

KNS me not that standard yet. But I must admit, recently I spoke with him after the Suntec tank saga when he was feeling down and wanted to quit totally. I agree with Fuel on this. I believe BH was given the Cheato as a token of appreciation for manning the booth during Aquarama. In fact, I have PMed previously for Cheato after seeing his signature. He did not sell me but I volunteered to exchange it with my frozen food. I was not aware that he is selling it.

I know of many reefers here that have acclimatize AT without red bamboo thus I concur that it is not a critical element. IMHO, i believe its the water params and whether there are any 'stress' inducing elements such as another aggressive tang.

Wah didn't know so many things have transpired here. Although I can't agree with BH's ways sometimes, I must admit that he in his very special ways contributed to the colours of this forum. It will definitely be a loss if he leaves. BH: God's speed and all the best!

That's right! Himawari is a great Japanese Restaurant, used to be at Upper Thomson Road. I like the Chicken Salad, Garlic Rice, Yaki Tori etc. Those never been there must go try.....
