  1. KUDOS! Many people give up on Atlantis Tank but you managed to turn it around!
  2. Hi bro, Not sure about that but I only know that when you just fire up a mh bulb it will take several seconds for it to 'brighten' up so I suspect he may have taken the pic during the time. What's your thoughts?
  3. I felt the same way too, that's why I asked what MH. Hmmm, maybe its 150w?

  5. Yeah... But isn't it how most of us have to do during those early days of this hobby? I can still remember those bulk purchase days. Nowadays, we are all spoilt for choice.
  6. Hi David, Thanks for sharing, just noticed they sells "reef chilli" have you tried them yourself - sounds potent!
  7. Hi bro, If you are looking for King Instrument Flowmeters such as the below: http://www.kinginstrumentco.com/pdf/7520_7530_Series.pdf You can try the local dealer: http://www.achema.sg/chem%20process.htm HTH
  8. Hi AT, Nothing big deal, just sharing my humble experience.
  9. Great! Do share with us more of your technique.
  10. Bro, You may want to try LPS Instruments Enterprise Pte Ltd: 60 Kaki Bukit Place #07-03 Eunos Techpark Singapore 415979 http://www.lpsinst.com.sg/Product5.htm http://www.lpsinst.com.sg/productspage.html HTH
  11. Hi bro, Do note that when using test pen, always place your index finger on the metal at tip of the pen in order to complete the circuit. Also, when your test pen does not light up it is not 100% that you do not have stray current. HTH
  12. Sorry, just realized you are looking for Air Flow rather than liquid flow. Here's an old thread on Roidan who have ordered the airflow meter from the States. http://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/index.php?...6580&hl=skimmer HTH
  13. Hi bro, Saw This at Reef Depot recently, you may want to contact them. HTH
  14. Hi Bro, You are fast! I don't think it is meant for usage inside the main tank thus the design does not incorporate bubble dispersing sponge. Having said that, I think a sponge envelope on the outlet may be able to address the problem. By the way, are you able to see the Resun SK05 video uploaded on youtube?
  15. Hi bro, I have 1 AT with 2 cleaner and 2 blood shrimps, never seen it attacking shrimps before even went I add the shrimp after the AT. I have however seen a YT attacking cleaner shrimp in a friend's tank but it is now well behaved in my tank. Not sure why. HTH
  16. Hi Jervis, Will such concentration of gunk, here's a sticker that you will need to paste on the skimate cup.
  17. Hi bro, I've always admired the photos ladened threads of your visit to those faraway aquariums that I can only dream of.
  18. Hi bro, Sad to know that "you have been infected"! Being small and having potential of storing palytoxins is enough to repel most predators. Most reefers will just have to siphon them out and remove the zoanthid colonies for dips. You can try iodine or freshwater dips, you will see tons of them scurrying out of the rocks.
