Hi bro, I suspect its still back siphoning - back siphon will happen on same level as well as long as there is a sudden drop in initial pressure. I believe you can simply arrest the problem with a check valve. HTH ;-)

I personally would place the FR right after the cannister then to the UV, this is because the FR need stronger flow in order to fluidize where as the UV is better with weaker flow. HTH ;-)

Hi Bros, For all new hinges, I use 3-in-one professional white lithium grease (http://www.3inone.com/products/white-lithium-grease/). For hinges that have some rust, I either remove them with wd40 and coat them with white lithium grease. Or if I am lazy, I will just spray with LPS 3 Premier Rust Inhibitor (http://www.lpslabs.com/product_pg/corrosion_pg/LPS3.html). LPS is able to dislodge minor rust when sprayed on the rusty surface but the only set back is that the suface that is being sprayed will look brownish oppose to white of the former product. Both products can be found in most DIY stores. I am now looking out for 3-in-one No Rust Shield (http://no-rust-shield.3inone.com/) hope to try it one day. ;-)
