  1. <Will too much high a salinity cause the fishes to have high blood pressure?????> Another question i have to answer once in a blue moon.
  2. Wah bro, I think you sump hold as much water as your main tank boy! Any refugium shots except for the i-ref??? If I have so big a sump, I will have a big fuge with Mangrove too, since got the sun!
  3. Bro Terryz, "ever thought of", sometimes dream of them even. But hard to come buy lah. Like the Lubbocki, when I was there, most of it are snap up by newbies that grab them by the bunch then start asking what they eat. I guess that's why most of the reefers here never get a chance to see it. If you see flame wrasse, must inform me can????
  4. Never got to take pix of the sump, maybe the link can shed some lights to be sump ###### fuge. Sump
  5. Hi Tivoli, that skimmer looks familiar! After the Schuran, I am now in the process of fixing up Urchin & Remora pair. to see the diferent in the marriage between a German and an American vs 2 American! By the way, do you on your lights in the fuge 24hrs? Do you think red bamboo will go asexual? I am thinking of having some fast growing macros that does not go asexual and doe not need too strong lights as I have only lighting my sump with 2 x T8.
  6. Long way to go sis. Now still juvenile and also dunno whether can survive till adulthood. Cuz read that they are usually die of stress in captivity.
  7. Bro DA. Tomorrow if you see can you help to reserved. I finished management meeting at 6pm so rush back will be 7+ liao.
  8. Oh yah ah, why didn't I thought of that! I will gave you the P. moluccanus if that happens
  9. Once grow big, I probably will let go off Punggol Point.
  10. General Husbandry: Has a temperature range of 75 - 83°F (24 - 28°C) and has a natural diet of benthic invertebrate and algae. Requires a mostly meaty diet consisting of finely chopped enriched fish or shrimp flesh, mysis, and enriched brine shrimp and some green foods with two to three feedings per day. It will burrow at night so provide a substrate of fine sand about 4 inches (10 cm) deep. One male per tank. Hope I can get it to eat pellets. Now in sump with that %^#%* pistol shrimp. so I guess no harm will be impose on either party.
  11. Hi Bros, Confirmed liao it is definitely P.moluccanus. Positively identified with the pix! Thanks again DA! 925_Pseudodax_moluccanusJuvRS2.tif
  12. The Pseudodax moluccanus grow the max of 25cm and feeds on hard=shelled benthic invertebrates. But upon closer inspection - it is not. 1) The P. moluccanus juvenile has white lines on its body and mine doesn't. 2) The P. moluccanus juvenile has a yellow band just before its caudal fin that changes to white upon adulthood and mine doesn't have that too. How????
  13. Bro, you super man!!!!!!! I think it is liao, will check through other sites photos to confirm. THanks a mil
  14. Dun have better pix. My camera u know lah. So jiak lat wan.
  15. Dun want lah. His mother oreadi asked him not to sell. Anyway I won't not take advantage of his innocence. He still think that Naso is more rare than Kole. Already told him that Kole is only available from Hawaii thus more difficult to come by.
  16. That's what i thought too. check fishbase and went through all species of Labroides & Labropsis none match. Maybe due to the fact that it is indo pacific thus might not have be ID yet! If that is the case, I better keep this guy healthy cuz, the other 2 were on the way up the lorry when I purchase this! Anymore seniors can help?????
  17. I know chio that why i grabbed once it saw it at the last tub in I-Aquarium! Sold for $8 but as usual they don't know what fish it is. Even my favourites LFS girl just stare at me when I ask whether is it s wrasse. So boh bain have to go back and search my books and the net but to no avail. Hope some resourceful bros here can help!
